My Background and Approach
As both a physician and therapist, I bring an integrative perspective to care that honors the connection between mind and body. My medical background allows me to understand the biological and physiological contributors to distress, while my training in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, and other evidence-based and holistic approaches supports emotional and relational healing. I strive to create a warm, compassionate environment where clients feel seen, respected, and supported. Together, we explore how stress and trauma are held in the body, how different parts of you have developed to protect you, and how these patterns can be approached with curiosity, safety, and care. My approach is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and deeply human.
