About My Clients
The clients that choose to work with me are thoughtful, high functioning individuals who may feel stuck despite insight or prior therapy. Many are navigating anxiety, life transitions, or complex relational patterns. They value depth, discretion, and a highly personalized approach, and are seeking not just symptom relief, but a deeper understanding of themselves and meaningful, lasting change.
My Background and Approach
My work is grounded in a relational framework, shaped by advanced training at Columbia University Medical Center, including the women’s program, and at the Manhattan VA supporting veterans with PTSD. I continue in consultation through the Safran Center, reflecting a sustained commitment to depth oriented, process focused treatment. I also supervise early career clinicians. I integrate mindfulness and evidence based practices within a highly individualized approach, tailored to those navigating complex, high demand lives.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe change happens in relationships where we feel understood and accepted, and where parts of ourselves that have been stuck can begin to open. Therapy offers a rare space to slow down, reflect, and approach yourself with greater curiosity and compassion. Outside of my work, I value time near the water, playing tennis, and time with family and close friends. I bring that same sense of presence and attention into my clinical work, creating a space that is both thoughtful and deeply human.
