About My Clients
I work with diverse clientele, both in the U.S. & overseas, who struggle with issues ranging from anxiety, depression, adult ADHD, relational trauma, & gender identity issues - to those navigating challenges of emerging adulthood, family and marital difficulties, work-life/parenting balance, or who strive to find a more authentic and fulfilling path in their personal and professional lives. Currently, I offer virtual therapy sessions, as well as "walk and talk" phone therapy sessions.
My Background and Approach
For over 20 years, my research and therapeutic work have focused on resilience - specifically on how to help people thrive amidst stressful conditions, and how to tap into sources of more resilient and fulfilling growth. n our therapy sessions, my goal is to work with you to create a safe and supportive listening environment where you can feel seen, heard, and understood in your challenges - and supported in your resilient growth. I work in a mind-body oriented way, helping you tune into your emotions as felt sensations in your body. Through the process of sharing what is weighing on your heart and mind, you may discover a sense of release from long-stuck emotions, along with a greater sense of clarity about what you need in your life. Our sessions also integrate guided meditation practice, to help strengthen your inner resilience and capacity to feel centered amidst life's stressors & uncertainties.
