About My Clients
I am a therapist who specializes in suicidal ideation and depression. My clients come to me feeling hopeless, helpless, and feeling like there is no reason to live. Some days, They may feel like they lack motivation to do anything they usually enjoy and are interested in doing. I also focus on anxiety, trauma, relationships, and life phases.
My Background and Approach
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Mississippi Valley State University, a Master’s degree in Social Work, and a Doctoral degree in Professional Counseling, specialization in suicide prevention and depression, from Mississippi College.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I can help my clients understand what they are going through and how to overcome the darkness they feel. I can help my clients find reasons to live and do self-work to overcome depression. I also work with clients to help them understand their strengths and develop tools to utilize.
