About My Clients
My ideal clients are those who are looking for safe space to learn skills to improve various areas of their lives such as coping with anxiety, depression, work stress, medical conditions, relationship challenges, parenting struggles, weight loss goals, and academic demands. My clients are looking for hands-on and effective strategies that can help them feel better soon. They are curious about learning about themselves and are eager to experience a healthier and happier self.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is collaborative and holistic. I view my clients as being experts of their own lives. I have a background in health psychology and focus both on physical and mental health functioning in treatment. I use an integrative approach based in science, which allows me to tailor interventions to meet your individual needs. I look forward to meeting you!

I believe in creating a welcoming space for all my clients for them to come and share the most vulnerable parts of themselves. I bring empathy and positivity into each session. I support and challenge my clients in order to create growth in them.
