About My Clients
My areas of focus are adults on the autism spectrum, high-functioning and late-identified autism, social and relationship challenges, emotional regulation and stress, anxiety related to autism and masking, and self-understanding or self-acceptance. I work best with adults on the autism spectrum who are seeking greater self-understanding, improved coping skills, or support navigating relationships, work, or life transitions.
My Background and Approach
I offer a therapy space that is accepting, respectful, and grounded in real-life understanding. My approach is down to earth and practical, focused on helping you better understand yourself, navigate relationships and work, and build a life that feels authentic and manageable. work from a neurodiversity-affirming and evidence-based perspective. Rather than trying to change who you are, therapy focuses on understanding how your brain works and identifying strategies that support your goals, values, and daily functioning. Sessions are structured yet flexible, allowing us to move at a pace that feels comfortable and respectful. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and straightforward, not overly clinical or abstract. My goal is to help you gain clarity, confidence, and practical tools without pressure to fit into expectations that don’t align with who you are. Clients often describe me as easy to talk to, calm, and genuinely accepting.
