About My Clients
My clients are open, hardworking, and interested in becoming the best version of themselves. My clients may be experiencing individual or relational issues, and want to understand and change their role in the system to resolve these issues. I work collaboratively with you to address these systemic issues and find new ways of interacting with loved ones.
My Background and Approach
I am an experiential therapist with family systems training. I work collaboratively with you as a client to help you meet your goals and heal from the issues bringing you into therapy. I help you identify coping strategies and tools to decrease symptoms and improve your ability to manage distress as we work together to change the systemic factors that impact you and your family. Much of my clinical and research work has focused on vulnerable populations and substance use. I work with clients of all ages, gender identities, races, and sexual orientations.
