With 13+ years of experience, I blend skills-based, solution-focused, and exploratory therapies. Whatever we are untangling together, this is a human-centered space to drop the mask, process deeply, and build tools that work for you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I bring an evidence-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsiveness approach into the therapy space. I believe that everybody is doing the best they can with the current resources that they have, and in therapy we have the opportunity to build more resources, whether it is perspective, insight, coping strategies, or other tools that will be helpful for you. Therapy is a place to learn how to navigate the difficulties that life has shown us (past), is showing us(current), or will bring to us (future).
