About My Clients
Those who work well with me are looking to thrive. If you don't quite fit in with the norm, have had a difficult past in relationships or sexuality. If you find yourself people-pleasing or being restless for more. If you are growth-oriented and willing to look at yourself more deeply, I may be the therapist for you. I work well with outsiders, trail blazers and executives who push hard but need to find balance in life. I work well and welcome all identites, orientations and sexualities.

I am experienced and effective in treating the intersection of relationships, trauma, anxiety, and resolving difficult pasts. I am highly trained in sex therapy, heart-centered hypnotherapy, substance use and trauma therapies. My approach is supportive, direct, and solution-focused. I offer options and workable solutions to your challenges.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in all of our potential to thrive. I am actively in causes around sexual freedom and advocate for the rights of all people through daily action, especially outsiders and persons who are marginalized or disempowered. I support LGBTQIA+ community and women's issues.
