Using tools from attachment theory, emotionally focused therapy, and mindfulness, I help clients communicate with clarity, rebuild trust, and reconnect with themselves and the relationships that matter most.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe growth and connection happen when we bring curiosity, honesty, and compassion to ourselves and our relationships. People are resilient, and even in challenging moments, change and clarity are possible. I value authenticity, emotional awareness, and the small daily practices that help us feel grounded. Outside of work, I enjoy travel, exploring new ideas about relationships and personal growth, and connecting with friends and family. Therapy is a collaborative space where insight meets action, helping clients communicate better, strengthen bonds, and create the lives they want.
