I am the founder of Willow & Fox Psychotherapy. I am a licensed psychologist based in San Antonio, Texas offering safe-but-real therapy for late teens and young adults (16-30). I value real, human connection and believe therapy should feel supportive without being forced or stiff. I love helping clients figure out who they are, what matters to them, and how to navigate life’s messy moments.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. I use CBT to challenge unhelpful thoughts, ACT to take values-driven action, and psychodynamic approaches to explore deeper patterns. Together, we build self-understanding, practical tools, and confidence to help you live aligned with your goals. You can expect me to show up fully present, engaged, and genuinely invested in you. I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and gently challenge you when it's helpful. I celebrate your wins, sit with you in the hard moments, and help you make sense of patterns that might be keeping you from living the life you want.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a first-generation Latinx woman, my lived experience deeply shapes how I show up in therapy. I understand the pressures of balancing family expectations, cultural identity, achievement, and belonging. I’m especially passionate about supporting first-generation individuals, BIPOC clients, and those navigating intergenerational or cultural stress. I value authenticity, community, and social justice, and I strive to offer culturally responsive, affirming care. I proudly support the LGBTQ+ community and work to reduce mental health stigma in communities of color. My hope is that you feel seen, understood, and respected, not only for your struggles, but also for the strength and resilience you carry.
