About My Clients
Are you looking for a therapy experience that is non traditional to a typical office talk therapy session? Are you frustrated you are struggling with the same issues year after year despite several bouts of therapy? Are you open to trying something different and having therapy sessions at a farm setting surrounded by nature and horses and donkeys?
My Background and Approach
Our sessions are geared toward your treatment goals - what brought you to therapy. In person, we have the added benefit of "hands-on" experiences and practicing "homework" in an outdoor natural setting with animals. What treatment methods and tools do you utilize? I am a cognitive behavioral therapist with subspecialties incorporating equines, the equine environment, and biofeedback. Explain to clients what areas do you feel are your biggest strengths? My niche is providing a safe, calm environment and incorporating experiential interactions outdoors with nature and equines.
