About My Clients
I’m a clinical psychologist who specializes in working with adults experiencing anxiety related to high responsibility, performance pressure, and complex life demands. My approach is structured, collaborative, and results-focused. Together, we identify patterns that no longer serve you and develop practical strategies that support clearer thinking, emotional flexibility, and more intentional action.
My Approach to Helping
I use evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). In addition to my clinical training, I serve as the Executive Director of a large social service nonprofit organization that serves over 18,000 people, where I oversee complex systems, high-stakes decision-making, and organizational risk. This executive experience directly informs my clinical work and allows me to understand the psychological demands of leadership and accountability from the inside.
Social Justice Issues I Care About
As an LGBTQIA+ therapist, I understand that our experiences with stress and identity are unique. I am passionate about providing support to people from all walks of life, creating a welcoming and affirming space for everyone.
