I help children and adults who've experienced trauma understand how their past experiences are shaping the thoughts, emotions, and reactions they're having today. In our sessions, I’ll walk with you step-by-step as we gently process trauma, build coping skills, and retrain the brain’s stress responses. If it's your child who has been traumatized, I'll also work with you to navigate this difficult time and to help you understand your child's experiences and how you can best support them.
