About My Clients
You may find yourself feeling anxious, emotionally stuck, or unsure how to speak up for yourself, even when you know something doesn’t feel right. Many of the adults I work with have spent years prioritizing others, second-guessing their needs, or pushing through painful experiences without fully processing them. Therapy with me is a collaborative space to slow down, make sense of what you’ve been carrying, and begin reconnecting with your voice and sense of self.
My Background and Approach
My approach is exploratory and relational. I work best with adults open to collaboration and curious about self-understanding. While anxiety is often the main concern, we focus on patterns, boundaries, and how past experiences influence your relationships with yourself and others.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a space where all people are treated with dignity, equity, and respect. My work is rooted in inclusion, cultural humility, and compassionate care. I honor the full complexity of each person’s identity and experiences, and I actively work to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued without judgment. As a Doctor of Prevention Science, I approach therapy through the lens of integration, early intervention, and long-term well-being. I believe healing is not only about reducing symptoms, but about strengthening protective factors, increasing insight, and building sustainable skills that support growth across every area of life.
