About My Clients
Evolve supports high-functioning adults who are managing careers, relationships, and responsibilities while feeling overwhelmed internally. Many of our clients experience anxiety, burnout, stress, and life transitions but are used to being the strong one for others. They want a confidential space to process, reset, and move forward with clarity. I provide structured, compassionate virtual therapy for adults across Maryland and Virginia using insurance when applicable.
My Background and Approach
Many of the people I work with are used to being the dependable one. They manage careers, relationships, and responsibilities well, yet internally feel stretched thin, emotionally tired, or constantly “on.” Over time, holding everything together can begin to feel heavy. My approach to therapy is both practical and compassionate. I help clients slow down enough to understand what they’re carrying, why certain patterns keep repeating, and how to create change that actually feels sustainable. Together we focus on reducing anxiety, strengthening emotional clarity, and building healthier ways of coping and relating. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches, but our work is always tailored to you. Therapy is collaborative, grounded, and focused on helping you feel more like yourself again, calmer, clearer, and more in control of your life rather than constantly reacting to it.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should feel like a space where you no longer have to hold everything alone. Many people who seek therapy have spent years being strong for others, managing expectations, and pushing through stress without much room to pause. Having a place where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing can be deeply relieving. I value creating a calm, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can speak openly and feel understood. Therapy doesn’t require you to have everything figured out, only a willingness to begin where you are. Growth often happens when people feel safe enough to reflect, challenge old patterns, and move toward a more balanced way of living. For those who value spirituality or personal meaning as part of their lives, I’m comfortable allowing those conversations to exist naturally in the work. My goal is to provide therapy that feels supportive, grounded, and aligned with who you are and who you’re becoming.
