About My Clients
I work with adolescents and adults who are motivated to better understand their mental health and improve their overall quality of life. Many of my clients are professionals, parents, students, and high functioning individuals who appear successful on the outside but may be silently struggling with stress, mood changes, burnout, or emotional fatigue.
My Background and Approach
I hold doctoral level training and am board certified in psychiatric mental health and family practice nursing. My clinical experience includes treating diverse populations across outpatient psychiatry and telehealth settings, allowing me to support clients from many different backgrounds and life experiences. My approach is collaborative and individualized. I do not believe in a one size fits all treatment model. During our work together, I carefully assess biological, psychological, and environmental factors contributing to your symptoms before making treatment recommendations. Treatment may include: Psychiatric evaluation and diagnostic clarification Medication management when appropriate Supportive and solution focused therapeutic interventions Lifestyle and behavioral strategies that improve mental wellness I also strongly value collaboration with therapists and other healthcare providers when appropriate to ensure continuity of care.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe mental health care should feel human, not intimidating. Seeking help is not a weakness. In many cases, it is the first step toward reclaiming peace, confidence, and emotional stability. My philosophy is centered around meeting people where they are without judgment. Everyone’s story matters, and healing looks different for each person. Some clients need clarity. Others need support navigating difficult seasons of life. Many simply need a safe space to finally be honest about what they are experiencing. Outside of clinical work, I value balance, personal growth, and emotional wellness practices that support long term resilience. I encourage my clients to build lives that feel sustainable, meaningful, and aligned with who they truly are.
