I work with adults across Florida exploring fear of death, existential anxiety, and life’s big questions. My clients are diverse—anyone curious about their life, presence, and meaning is welcome. Some may be highly sensitive, deep thinkers, questioning faith, facing aging anxiety, or having had near-death or spiritual experiences—but these are just examples. Sessions focus on feeling more alive, grounded, and clearer about what matters.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed mental health counselor in Florida with over 10 years of experience and a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling plus a Doctorate in Metaphysical Counseling. I help adults navigate fear of death, existential questions, and life transitions. Using trusted approaches like ACT, CBT, existential, transpersonal, and strengths-based therapy, I blend practical support with a soul-oriented perspective. I see every person as whole, capable, and guided by their own inner wisdom. Clients move at their own pace, gaining clarity, aliveness, empowerment, and self-trust. For those open, we may explore ideas like consciousness beyond the body or life’s deeper meaning—but it’s optional. This is a safe, open space to talk about what’s often avoided, like mortality and big life questions, with honesty and freedom.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person is whole, capable, and guided by their own inner wisdom—no one is broken or needs fixing. Life has purpose, and even challenging experiences, relationships, or circumstances hold meaning. I value freedom, empowerment, and honesty as guiding stars in my own life, and I bring that perspective into my work with others. I’m part of the asexual and aromantic communities and volunteer directly with hospice patients, providing support and presence. I honor the unique journey of each human, believing that the answers and guidance they need are already within them.
