Yes, reading through all these profiles is a lot. Listen, you already know that something is wrong, you already know it’s a cycle, and you already know that something has to change. Your wife or your gal has already told you that if you don’t stop, she is leaving you, your job is probably tripping, you have already pissed off your family members, and now you’re here. You know what? That’s alright, it’s part of the process. I had to go through it myself. However, there is a better way.
My Background and Approach
I found that integrating spirituality into my counseling techniques really helps you to process the information in a way that you can relate to. This will help you discover why you struggle so much with communication, why you keep choosing negative coping mechanisms despite the consequences, why you struggle in relationships, and help you overcome it.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We are all human beings to me, so, that means that we all have problems, and are no where near perfect. The thing is that you don't have to be perfect in order to be a good person. I consider myself to be a good person, but I am no where near perfect. So, that means at times I will fall. However, the trick is to pick yourself back up. You can do this! Just don't give up on yourself.
