I help people to quiet their "inner critic" and have healthier relationships. We'll work together to uncover the root of the insecurity and then take action to work against it. We'll build your sense of self-worth and confidence leading to healthier relationships with others, and most importantly, yourself. You are worth it.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I provide multicultural therapy, giving consideration to the cultural factors that play a role in who you are as a person, including issues related to race-based traumatic stress.
