About My Clients
I work with adults and specialize in anxiety, depression, anger issues, relationship challenges, race challenges, intimacy/sexual health, life transitions, sexuality/LGBTQ+, and identity/self-esteem issues.
My Background and Approach
In addition to being a clinical psychologist, I am also a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional, and a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional. When it comes to therapy, I tailor therapy to each individual with respect to their cultural backgrounds, and their intersecting identities that they bring into the therapeutic relationship. Every session I strive to create a safe space for clients to feel seen, heard, understood, respected and supported. Within this safe space, I work collaboratively with clients for them to have a different experience of themselves, thereby creating opportunities of growth and change.
