About My Clients
I help very many couples, married or not, straight or other, of many cultures. I can help with most any couples problem, as long as both partners are sure they want to stay together. No divorce or separation counseling. I treat individuals for a wide array of problems, including anxiety, depression, panic attacks, trauma, insomnia, irrational fears, chronic pain, IBS, tinnitus, and more.
My Background and Approach
I favor Solution Focused Therapy. One hour of empowering you to create solutions is worth 20 hours of analyzing problems. Still, I understand that the most important quality of great therapy is to be found in the trusting relationship between you and me, rather than my preference for a particular type of therapy.
