My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My desire to become a Therapist is rooted in positive experiences in therapy as a teenager and young adult when I struggled to deal with family conflict, relationship challenges, depression, and stress/anxiety. It is from personal experience that I know the value of working with a trusted and confident Therapist that will appropriately and kindly be there for you when needed. I take this role very seriously and understand that you are the expert of your life and that as a Therapist I am a helpful professional there to provide support and guidance. I have conducted hundreds of individual, group, couples, and family sessions with people just like you and help people that are struggling with depression, trauma, stress/anxiety, eating disorders, attachment issues, mood disorders, family conflict, relationship struggles, and just about anything that life can bring. I live in the EDT timezone and hold sessions on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday evenings.
