Depression often creates a sense of heaviness, hopelessness, or disconnection from the life you want to live. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel better and function better. We’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck, reconnect you with your strengths and values, and build small, achievable steps toward relief. I integrate TEAM‑CBT (Level 3), CBT, ACT, and mindfulness to help shift mood, increase motivation, and restore energy and purpose.

I recognize that no two people are alike and there is no one size fits all for treatment. I work collaboratively with clients to identify the specific needs and challenges that they would like to address. Together, we then determine which interventions will likely be most helpful for achieving one’s goals. I have wide-ranging experience supporting people with anxiety disorders including: fears of objects or places, social phobias, PTSD, performance anxiety and panic disorder.

The basic premise of CBT is that thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected. People can alter the way they feel, and consequently their behavior, if they can change the way they think. Therapists using CBT assist their clients in identifying the distortions in their thoughts and replacing them with more adaptive thoughts and behaviors.

Relationship stress can show up as communication problems, conflict, emotional distance, people‑pleasing, or difficulty setting boundaries. In our work together, we’ll make sense of the patterns that keep repeating and develop healthier ways to relate to others and to yourself. Using TEAM‑CBT, CBT, ACT, and mindfulness‑based strategies, we’ll strengthen emotional awareness, increase clarity around needs and values, and build skills that support more satisfying and authentic connections.

Together, we’ll slow things down, understand what’s fueling your worry, and develop practical skills to help you feel more grounded and confident. I use evidence‑based tools—including TEAM‑CBT (Level 3), CBT, ACT, and mindfulness—to help you calm your body, shift unhelpful thinking, and regain a sense of stability. We’ll set clear goals, practice strategies you can use between sessions, and regularly check-in.
