About My Clients
Client's who feel stressed, anxious, down, or stuck with big decisions. Many are navigating high pressure at work or home, perfectionism, procrastination, OCD, or relationship strain. You’ll find a warm, collaborative space focused on practical change—clear goals, tools you can use this week, and regular check‑ins so you see what’s working
My Background and Approach
My style is warm, collaborative, and practical. We’ll clarify what matters most, set measurable goals, and use evidence‑based strategies to help you feel and function better. I integrate TEAM‑CBT (Level 3), CBT, ACT, and mindfulness, and I check in regularly so treatment stays aligned with your needs and progress. I’m licensed in New Jersey and New York and authorized for telepsychology via PSYPACT (APIT #10118). Previously, I served as Director of the Center for Psychological Services at Rutgers University and I’m on the Allied Health Professional Staff at Morristown Medical Center. Free 15‑minute consultation available.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy works best when you feel heard, respected, and empowered. I believe in clear goals, honest feedback, and practical tools you can apply between sessions. I value curiosity, compassion, and accountability—on both sides of the therapy room. I’m committed to inclusive care for adults from all backgrounds and identities, and I welcome clients who are new to therapy or returning after a break. If you’re unsure where to start, we’ll begin with what feels most urgent and build momentum from there. A free 15‑minute consultation is available.
