About My Clients

It’s not as important of how much I know. You want to know how much I care, right? With compassion, empathy and skill, let’s work together, to get you, liberated.

My Background and Approach

• I entered the field of substance use, co-occurring and mental health disorders in 1994, working with adolescents with co-occurring disorders, impulsive behavioral issues, involved with gangs. I’ve worked in Medication Opioid Use Disorder treatment, probation, locked facilities & jails, Community Services boards, inpatient & outpatient. • Utilize evidenced-based approaches from my scientific and educational training, with life experiences, including faith-based, meaning, the approach is from the inside, out. • One of my mottos, “If it causes a problem, then it is a problem.” • Genuine and upfront to assist you, where you want to go, and how I may walk with you to get you there. • You are treated with dignity and respect as a person, not as a diagnosis.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I Utilize evidenced-based approaches from my scientific and educational training, with life experiences, including faith-based & biblical worldview meaning, the approach is from the inside, out, and the Bible being the center of all answers, solutions, paths of knowledge, understanding & wisdom. One of my mottos, “If it causes a problem, then it is a problem.” I do not force, coerce, manipulate nor proselytize people to accept my faith, nor do I back down nor compromise it.
