Whether individual, relationship, or family counseling, we are here to support your needs.
My Background and Approach
Our counselors have background in outpatient mental health, drug and alcohol, EMDR, couples & family, and sexual issues counseling. We have 2 licensed MH counselors and 2 registered interns. We also have an EMDR certified counselor. Our main role in counseling is to work collaboratively with you to meet your goals and cope your emotions in healthy ways.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We believe that therapy can be helpful to everyone. From the "small" issues to the "large", talking with a professional can be transformative. We believe that everyone should have access to affordable and quality mental healthcare, specifically those from marginalized communities and identities. We support organizations that fight against mental health stigma and access issues across all genders, ethnicities, and affectional orientations. We are sex positive and poly & kink friendly and welcome clients who want to explore this side of themselves. Although we may have identities that do not match yours, we come from a non-judgmental stance.
