About My Clients
Do you struggle with feeling worthy of love? Is it difficult for you to create connected relationships and feel comfortable in your own skin? Feeling marginalized, different, or like you just don’t fit in can feel incredibly painful and lonely. Together we will work towards finding and growing confidence in your identity and who you are! Through this process you will learn to love yourself and build a community around you who deeply cares about you.
My Background and Approach
My goal is to create a space where you feel equally supported and challenged. Therapy is meant to be a space where you feel comfortable and seen! I have worked in several different clinical settings focusing on relationships, trauma, and LGBT issues. In our work together I strive for you to feel like you can be yourself, are supported and cared for, and are making progress towards the life you want!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My commitment is to value and advocate for the individual diversity each client presents. I firmly believe that mental distress comes from our disconnection from ourselves and others. We will exam how you relate to yourself, your family, and the world around you.
