We’ll explore what’s causing these challenges, whether physical, emotional, or relational. My approach helps you reconnect with your body and experience sex that feels empowered and free of shame. You’ll learn to express your desires, resolve concerns, and enjoy a fulfilling, evidence-based path to sexual wellness.

In PACT, we assume no malintent and focus on nurturing each partner’s protective strategies. We’ll observe how you interact during stressful moments and uncover how these protective strategies impact your relationship. You’ll learn how to respond to your partner with empathy and deeper understanding, rather than defensiveness. This process creates a stronger, more secure bond, helping you navigate challenges with greater emotional awareness, building lasting intimacy and connection.

Emotions are learned physiological reactions to memories from the past. Together, we’ll explore these reactions with curiosity, fully embody them, and integrate them to create new emotional experiences. This process reduces the body’s need to protect itself, which often causes tension and disconnect. As you trust your body more, you’ll develop emotional resilience and foster deeper connections with others. This allows for lasting change in how you relate to both yourself and those around you.

Navigating multiple relationships requires clear communication, mutual trust, and balance. We’ll work together to ensure everyone’s needs are met, establish healthy boundaries, and address any emotions like jealousy or insecurity. I offer a nonjudgmental space to explore your relationships, helping you create agreements that feel fair and empowering for all. Together, we’ll foster a supportive structure where every partner feels seen, heard, and valued for lasting harmony.
