Accepting Clients

Hi there! I help clients create deeper, lasting change through mind-body therapy for trauma, anxiety, and relationship struggles.

Clinical Psychologist in St. Louis, MO

About My Clients

I support my clients in living more fully in the present rather than being held back by the past. Many of the people I work with feel anxious, burdened by shame, or are relentlessly hard on themselves. They may find themselves stuck in unfulfilling relationships, constantly on edge, or living in a body that never truly relaxes. They often want things to change but are unsure how to move forward, even after trying therapy or other approaches before.

My Background and Approach

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with over 10 years of experience. I’m also a meditation teacher, hypnotherapist, certified sex therapist, and yoga teacher, allowing me to integrate evidence-based and mind–body approaches in a way that’s tailored to you. My background includes working with veterans and individuals from diverse and marginalized communities, which has deepened my understanding of how trauma, identity, and systemic stressors shape healing. All of this means you don’t have to compartmentalize your concerns. We can address what’s happening in your mind, body, relationships, and life as a whole. I bring a broad foundation of clinical training that allows me to truly personalize your therapy and support healing that feels integrated, grounded, and whole. If something in you is ready for change, I’d be honored to support you in that process! Online therapy is available in 40+ states. In-person therapy in St. Louis, MO.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

At the heart of my work is a commitment to instilling hope and helping people unburden themselves from the past so they can live their most peaceful, free, and empowered lives. In therapy, you can expect me to be compassionate, patient, and your biggest advocate. We’ll tend to the heavy parts—grief, old wounds, and self-critical patterns—and we’ll laugh too! I believe humor belongs in the healing process, because life can be hard enough as it is. Even in a world that includes loss and pain, there is room for joy. And I love helping people find it again. I value social justice and believe in our ability to create a healthier, happier world that is safe for all people. I attended an HBCU for my doctoral program because gaining training and experience to expand my cultural competence was a top priority to me. I strive to create a space in therapy that all parts of you and your identity feel welcome. I look forward to helping you find peace and feel genuinely excited to live your life!
