Act2Change offers a welcoming space to tackle the challenges of daily life. The individuals I serve encompass a wide range of orientations, cultures, backgrounds, religions, and identities. As a compassionate therapist, I support my clients to reach their goals and hopes through accountability and action-oriented strategies. If you're here, you're looking for change. My Background and Approach
My therapeutic approach centers on collaborating with individuals who are looking for a place to work through their issues and concerns in a compassionate, friendly, and supportive environment. I am an inclusive therapist, with a focus on social justice issues that impact our communities, both locally and globally. I am an LGBTQQIAAP+ affirming & queer-identifying therapist. Serving my community is very important to me. As the daughter of immigrants, I also work closely with Middle Eastern, North African, and South Asian clients to provide a space to process the unique issues these communities and all immigrant communities face. My solution oriented approach to therapy will help you to create a plan that is forward-thinking AND achievable.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we are all capable and worthy of change. I believe you are the expert on your own life. I believe that we can achieve our goals, hopes, and dreams - even when we are feeling stuck and there is little hope in sight. You do not have to suffer alone. You deserve to be seen and heard.
