This can leave folks feeling frustrated, helpless, hopeless, or just broken. My Background and Approach
My mission as a therapist is to help you feel more confident in yourself and in your relationships. I work with individuals and couples in person at my office in Seattle, WA as well as virtually with clients across the United States. I frequently work with folks on topics related to communication, sexuality, grief/depression, OCD, life transitions, and trauma. I use an integrative approach that helps you better understand the connections between your past, your present beliefs, and your emotions. I focus on helping you uncover the root causes, interpersonal themes, and stuck emotions that contribute to your current distress. I offer EMDR for individuals and Emotionally-Focused Therapy for couples.
