About My Clients

My clients are adults seeking clarity, balance, and self-understanding. Many navigate depression, anxiety, addiction, depression, ADHD, or life transitions and want practical tools for real change. I work with neurodivergent individuals and those exploring identity, relationships, and purpose. Together, we create a supportive, authentic space where growth feels possible—and life feels more manageable.

My Background and Approach

With a PhD in Clinical Psychology and a specialization in Neuropsychology, I’ve spent over 15 years helping clients understand themselves and create meaningful change. My approach is integrative, combining Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and neuropsychological insight to address the mind-body connection. I take a down-to-earth, compassionate stance, using humor and authenticity to build trust and collaboration. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, addiction, and neurodivergence, helping clients identify patterns, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with their sense of agency. Therapy with me is conversational, genuine, and tailored to each person’s goals—whether that’s managing emotions, improving focus, or navigating relationships. My goal is to help clients gain insight, resilience, and confidence while creating lasting, sustainable change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe growth is possible for everyone, no matter where they are in life. Change doesn’t have to mean becoming someone new—it’s often about rediscovering who you’ve always been. I view mental health struggles as understandable responses to life’s challenges, not flaws or failures. With awareness and compassion, we can unlearn what no longer serves us and build new ways of thinking and coping. I’m passionate about helping people see their strengths, even when they’ve forgotten they exist. I also believe therapy should feel human—equal parts serious work and genuine connection. Humor and honesty are core parts of my sessions because healing often happens when we can laugh a little, too. I’m proudly neurodiversity-affirming and inclusive of all identities. And while I may not be able to fix the world, I’ll meet you where you are and help you make your corner of it a bit lighter, calmer, and more hopeful.
