About My Clients
I provide tele remote therapy to children ages 3-18, and adults. I specialize in play therapy for children (art, music, sand) as a Registered Play Therapist. I work with children and adults with anxiety, depression, stress, ADHD, etc. I use play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and other treatment approaches to assist clients. My business motto is "We come to you". A lot of families do not have the time to travel to a therapy office, so I am a mobile therapist for you.
My Background and Approach
I have over 13 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor serving children and adults. I am a Registered Play Therapist since 2021. I also recently earned my PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology which is the study of the workplace. I provide play therapy and psychotherapy to children and adults in Virginia. I also provide employee coaching and business consulting to workplaces to reduce employee stress and improve productivity.
