My Background and Approach
You want to feel strong and confident in yourself and be able to ask for what you need in your life and in your relationships. Finally believing that you’re enough, exactly as you are. You want to stop feeling so afraid all the time and to feel secure in your relationships, knowing deep down that you are worthy, and that the people you love will not abandon you. As an EMDR clinician, I offer my clients a customized mix of psychotherapy and trauma specific treatment called Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. This treatment allows clients to deeply heal from the difficult things that have happened to them in the past, often much faster than traditional psychotherapy alone. Together we will compassionately work through trauma and things about your past that you still feel stuck in, in the safety of a trusting clinical relationship.
