About My Clients
I work best with teens and young adults navigating anxiety, identity, relationships, and life transitions. I provide a supportive, relatable space where clients can be themselves and feel understood. I’m knowledgeable in LGBTQ+ topics and enjoy helping clients explore who they are, build confidence, and develop practical tools to manage everyday challenges.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience, beginning my career in a high school setting and continuing to work with teens and young adults in various environments. My approach is eclectic, allowing me to tailor treatment to each client’s needs while drawing heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to provide practical, effective tools. I have experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, PTSD, stress, life transitions, and identity development. I focus on helping clients better understand themselves, build coping skills, and make meaningful, lasting changes. I strive to create a space that is both supportive and real, where clients feel comfortable, understood, and empowered to grow.
