My Background and Approach
My therapeutic approach is integrated and unique to each client. I use a mixture of Solution-Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My experiences have addressed various concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral challenges, crisis management, grief, and loss. I have also assisted individuals with relationship difficulties, family interaction, parenting issues, and everyday life challenges.
