About My Clients
You are looking for a holistic therapist addressing the MIND ( trauma informed, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, IFS, EMDR), BODY ( polyvagal), and SPIRIT ( mindfulness, Buddhism, Benedictine spirituality, Enneagram). You want to improve the relationship you have with yourself and your loved ones. Holistic approaches can reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression,post traumatic stress and I am looking forward to teaching you skills that calm your mind and body and improve your relationships.
My Background and Approach
Like many, I became interested in psychotherapy to heal my own wounds, trauma, and failed relationships. I studied clinical psychology in Germany for 6 years ( Diplom Psychologin) focusing mostly on CBT and Logotherapy. In the US, I earned a Doctorate of Marriage and Family Therapy.
