About My Clients
My clients are ages 18 and up, mostly women ( I do have few male clients) . My clients are from all walks of life. From a young college student to a brick layer and retired engineer. I meet my client where they are and use their goals as a road map.
My Background and Approach
I am a certifies EMDR therapist and use EMDR lens ( to learn more about EMDR go to https://www.emdr.com/what-is-emdr/) and use other modalities when needed. I work with clients on the somatic level helping connect what our brains "knows" and how our body "feels" so they are in sync.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My believe is that pain is part of life, and yet we don't need to suffer and turn the pain toward ourselves.
