About My Clients
I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating depression, anxiety, ADHD, and relationship challenges. Many feel stuck, unfulfilled, or disconnected from themselves. I also support individuals in the LGBTQ+ community seeking an affirming, safe space. I offer a culturally responsive, non-judgmental environment where you can process openly, feel understood, and reconnect with yourself.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC-D) with experience supporting teens and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is trauma-informed and relational, helping you understand how past and present experiences shape your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I combine evidence-based practices with a culturally responsive lens to ensure therapy feels relevant and affirming. Together, we focus on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and creating lasting changes that support your overall well-being.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe mental health care should be accessible, affirming, and grounded in real human connection. My values center around inclusivity, cultural responsiveness, and creating spaces where people feel safe exploring their identities and experiences. I am especially passionate about supporting Black and Brown communities and LGBTQ+ individuals, and I am committed to providing care that honors each person’s background, identity, and lived experience.
