You’re a busy professional with a lot on your plate - and things feel so much harder than you want. Maybe your focus slips, tasks pile up, or emotions feel bigger than you can manage. When you're facing challenges due to ADHD, anxiety, anger, and/or relationship stress, it can be difficult to know what to do next. But, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
My Background and Approach
I am uniquely suited to help professionals, as I previously spent over 15 years in marketing, and understand the trials and tribulations of life juggling work and life in the greater NYC area. My approach is psychodynamic - exploring how your early experiences and core patterns shape the present - paired with somatic experiencing, which can help you tune into the body’s signals and build greater emotional resilience.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing is not one-size-fits-all. Our identities, histories, and environments deeply shape how we experience the world, and therapy must honor that complexity. I approach my work through a trauma-informed, culturally responsive lens, centering safety, consent, and collaboration. I believe resilience already exists within you. Therapy is a place to reconnect with that strength, make meaning of your experiences, and move toward greater balance and self-trust.
