EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) was originally used to treat PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) caused by trauma, but it works for various concerns. Emotional stress can impact you physically and mentally. EMDR helps you process and regulate your emotions. EMDR uses both the emotional and the cognitive parts of the brain to help you become desensitized to those stressful thoughts and feelings, allowing you to replace them with positive ones.

Brainspotting is a focused body-and-mind therapy I use to access deep emotional and physiological healing. During sessions, we identify ‘brainspots’—eye positions linked to stored trauma or distress. By maintaining gentle attention on these spots, your body’s natural healing unfolds. As an EMDR-trained therapist, I integrate Brainspotting to help you process emotions more quickly, releasing tension and gaining clarity with compassionate guidance.
