My Background and Approach
With past and continued training and specialization in behavioral health, neuropsychology, and diagnostic care, I have been part of the healing journey for mood disorders, anxiety and panic, trauma, bereavement, neurodevelopmental disorders, social problems, special education, developmental delay, stress, infertility, family and couple relationship problems and more. I have connected with children, parents, adolescents, and adults successfully using a virtual platform and strive for collaboration with persons who are already part of the person’s treatment team.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Entering a psychotherapeutic relationship is a choice that takes time to develop as well as choosing the right person to join in your story. My role as a Therapist is to offer a safe and warm environment for each client to help gain their motivation, trust, and desire to join in our therapeutic relationship. Treatment goals will be matched to meeting them where they are and moving forward towards the changes in lifestyle that they seek.
