About My Clients
My name is Donnisha Hébert and I am a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor. I have worked with youth and families, in various settings, for the majority of my career. Currently, I provide individual, family and group therapy services to children, adolescents and adults.
My Background and Approach
My approach is client-centered, solution-focused, and trauma-informed. I cultivate an open, non-judgmental environment, where clients are able to work on their goals and gain additional useful insights. My primary therapeutic interventions incorporate psycho-education, the integration of evidence-based practices, like CBT, and aspects of exposure therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. I am a people person who truly appreciates being able to assist humans on their journey toward greater self-awareness and leadership.
