About My Clients
You may feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck despite doing your best to keep going. You might be navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or seeking deeper self-understanding. I work with adults who want a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to process their experiences, build coping skills, and create meaningful change.
My Background and Approach
With over 13 years of experience, I support adults navigating stress, trauma, anxiety and life transitions. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including trauma-informed care, mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral techniques, existential therapy, supportive therapy, and grief-focused work. Therapy is tailored to your unique needs, goals, and lived experiences. I focus on creating a supportive space where you feel understood and empowered. Healing often unfolds gradually, honoring your personal history and nervous system. I integrate mindfulness practices and psychoeducation to help you build practical tools for emotional regulation, strengthen self-awareness, and expand insights. My goal is to support you in creating lasting, sustainable change in a way that feels manageable.
