About My Clients
If you find yourself able to identify a problem you have and are unable to overcome it on your own, I can be a resource and a support for you while you navigate through your difficult time. Even if you know you have a problem but are unable to identify the source, we can have sessions together where we simply talk about anything that comes to mind that you may be struggling with. I enjoy creating a safe space for my clients to brainstorm, decompress, or simply just to express themselves freely.
My Background and Approach
I use approaches such as mindfulness, validation, skill building, and active listening, in order to help clients through difficult situations they may be facing. These approaches are supported by theories such as psychoanalytic theory with a humanistic/person-centered approach learned during my studies. I specialize in, self-esteem, polyamory and relational issues. It is important for me to promote good mental health practices and well-being with my clients. Working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationships amongst other issues, I am able to create an environment for my clients where I emphasize a focus on growth, healthy development, coping strategies and empowerment.
