About My Clients
I work with adults navigating life transitions, stress, anxiety, burnout, self-esteem concerns, career changes, and the challenge of figuring out what comes next. You may be functioning well on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain on the inside. I offer a collaborative space to slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, identify what you want to change, and develop practical steps toward a life that feels more manageable and aligned with your goals.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 10 years of experience across medical, school-based, outpatient, and community settings. My current work in pediatric healthcare includes psychosocial assessment, crisis intervention, care coordination, and supporting families through complex and stressful circumstances. I also serve as a Clinical Social Work Educator, training and supervising clinicians and developing staff education. In therapy, I use a collaborative, strengths-based approach informed by CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, ACT, and culturally responsive practice. I believe therapy should be practical and individualized, and not a one-size-fits-all experience. We’ll work together to understand what is keeping you stuck, build on your existing strengths, and identify realistic strategies that support meaningful change.
