My Background and Approach
I have 7+ years working as a therapist in a private practice setting. I have experience as an intern working as an outpatient addiction counsel, I participated in a year long training to be an affirmative practice counselor working with the LGBTQ community. I am trained as a reiki master and I have helped individuals with depression, anxiety, and many other life stressors.
