My work often centers around introspection, identity exploration, and building a life that feels more aligned with one’s values and voice. My style is equal parts validating and practical. I incorporate a range of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), always tailoring my approach to the client in front of me.
