About My Clients
I work with adults who may appear capable on the outside while feeling anxious, overwhelmed, depressed, or stuck in patterns they cannot seem to change. Many of my clients are carrying unresolved trauma, grief, difficult relationship experiences, or years of putting others before themselves. Together, we work toward understanding these patterns, processing painful experiences, strengthening boundaries, and creating a greater sense of calm, confidence, and control.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works primarily with adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and long-standing emotional patterns. My approach is collaborative, individualized, and trauma-informed. I integrate Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), EMDR, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and mind-body strategies based on each client’s needs and goals. Therapy may include building coping skills, understanding patterns, processing painful experiences, strengthening boundaries, and learning how to respond differently to stress and emotional triggers. My goal is to help clients move beyond simply managing symptoms and toward greater clarity, confidence, emotional regulation, and lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe our emotional health is shaped by many things, including life experiences, relationships, environment, biology, and the ways we learned to survive difficult situations. Patterns that once helped us cope can sometimes become the same patterns that keep us feeling stuck. I believe people are capable of growth, healing, and change when they have the opportunity to better understand themselves without judgment. Everyone has a story, and every person deserves to feel heard, respected, and valued. My role is to help you reconnect with your strengths, make sense of your experiences, and move toward a life that feels more authentic, grounded, and meaningful.
