My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that it’s okay to not be okay. The journey of life may bring one challenges and difficulties and at times one can find themselves “in a bit of a pickle”. An individual might feel: lost, hopeless, confused, stuck, guilty, depleted, inadequate and/or alone. We need to remember that this present moment, this feeling will come to pass and that all we need sometimes is a listening ear. I would love to be that listening ear. I want to aid you on your journey of self-exploration, to help you realize how resilient and strong you truly are. I believe that you truly, really never know how strong you are until it’s your only option and want to remind you that it’s also okay to be okay.
