We can't reach directly inside and reshape our emotions. Instead we explore our thought patterns and behaviors and consider ways to reshape these so we can get relief from our troubling symptoms. Alongside traditional CBT, I incorporate somatic awareness and nonverbal techniques to deepen the experience of healing.

We all have a story to tell. There is power in exploring the narratives we live by, considering new drafts, and rewriting the messaging to develop new outcomes.

A more recent modality that has powerful results, I have begun to use IFS-informed Parts Work to explore troubling issues with clients, create space for the Self, and ease internal polarization between misunderstood parts. This is opening up new ways of understanding our sometimes bewildering habits and finding healing and reconciliation within ourselves.
